Proposals for this 1980's office building in the centre of Birmingham sought to remodel the main vertical core to provide level access to all washrooms, remodel the existing reception area and entrance and provide a new skin / altered appearance to the building envelope, all aimed at giving this rather tired building a new lease of life.
