A successful renovation of the previously tired main entrance and core facilities of this city centre office has resulted in the building outstripping Lettings performance 3 years ahead of projected expectations, for our client John Lewis Partnership.
From the outset we wanted to re-brand the building in visitors’ minds by offering something new and different to the Sheffield office marketplace. To do this we moved away from the typical corporate workspace vision and instead took our cue from the boutique hotel book of style. Which we feel results in a space both unexpected and inviting.
