Works to Nine Bond Court in Leeds are complete with the building now enjoying a fully leased status, which coincides with its reinvented image for both its envelope and interior core upgrades.
Details of the work carried out includes: the complete re-glazing of all facades, to remove the dated bronze glass and to deliver a fresh new image and greatly improved thermal performance; new cladding details; the formation of a roof garden; updated and improved landscape works, to better integrate with the Bond Court environs; a new glazed double storey entrance lobby leading to a fully refurbished reception and central core, including facilities at each floor.
