The practice have been granted full planning and listed building consent on behalf of client Vektor Investments, to undertake the extensive restoration and refurbishment works to the Historic Crown & Fleece Public House; adjacent the Corn Exchange in Leeds City Centre. The renovations will see the buildings return to trading as a Public House after an 84 year gap in trading. The scheme is set to be an important element in the regeneration of the Kirkgate area.
