Refurbishment works to 500 Pavilion Drive for Sivana Investments Ltd include the installation of a new canopy and entrance doors together with updating the spandrel glazing to provide a more contemporary feel.
Internally the reception has received new floor finishes and has been redecorated together with the introduction of breakout furniture. Other works include the refurbishment and refit of the toilets.
