Work has commenced on site at the Merrion Centre, Leeds, for the latest phase of refurbishment works that the Practice is undertaking on behalf of TCSplc.
The current works are to revitalise the Wade Lane Mall retail units in conjunction with Town Centre Securities’ wider site masterplan.
Other works recently undertaken by think at the Centre include retail upgrades to units along the main mall at both ground and balcony levels, shell works to provide accommodation for the new NHS clinic and the relocation and fit-out works to the centre’s management suite including security control room and office facilities known as the “Engine Room”.
