Today saw the start on site of fit-out works to the Blum Experience showroom.
Works by Parkway Construction MK to form the three storey space with a new glazed atrium from the previously underutilised warehouse are now concluded. With the development so far containing an expanded and refurbished office, meeting suite, breakout facility for staff and visitors, revised/refurbished core facilities and an enhanced new warehouse operatives ‘pod’ to boot, you would be forgiven for thinking there could not be anything further to do. But you’d be wrong. With the shell of the showroom facility sitting empty, the task now falls to Paragon Interiors to bring the scheme to completion; with a new state of the art ‘Experience’ centre including virtual reality and multi-media features designed by think. Paragon are due to complete during late summer 2017.
