Think Architecture have been involved with envelope refurbishment proposals to the entrance of The Pinnacle office building in Leeds. Taking a concept design prepared by Incognito, Think Architecture have worked with Dunedin Property and Savills to develop the technical package and obtain approvals.
The façade update reflects the building’s rebranding and interior design update and incorporated into the façade are a series of signage and branding features.
Fill UK have been appointed as Main Contractor responsible for the façade refurbishment with IS Group responsible for the signage package. Works commenced on site December 2020.
