In parallel with considering the refurbishment and alteration to the entrance at 252 Bouverie think architecture were asked by the building owner, Barwood, to consider a complete refresh for the building. Proposals included a strip back to frame and floors, a revised core location to improve floor-plate layout together with a new envelope design.
