NG Bailey have had offices in South Leeds for many years and previously shared a site with their operations teams. The decision was taken to move their HQ offices to White Rose Park into a newly configured and refurbished suite allowing their previous site to be disposed of.
Think Architecture worked with NG Bailey to develop the brief and layout for the new officeswhich provides accommodation for their marketing, engineering design, finance HR and general administration departments. The strategic layout was cognisant of planned updates to the reception area and was developed to provide a variety of attractive and comfortable workspaces together with meeting, private and breakout spaces.
Think Architecture worked with Munroe K and their team to develop the scheme into a CAT B offer whilst NG Bailey worked with Wagstaff Interiors regarding the selection of furniture and FF+E items.
