Work commences on site for the restoration of a Grade II Listed Georgian Hall

Planning and Listed Building consent have been gained (30th May) for works to commence on the restoration and refurbishment of a historically and architecturally significant Grade II Listed Georgian Hall. The total site for development is 22.6 acres with the Hall having no less than 40 rooms totaling circa 10,000 sqft of residential space. The house is to be restored for a private client and their family.

We anticipate lots of unusual discoveries whilst on site, with the Georgian ‘sugercube’ Hall being rebuilt from the material of a previous Elizabethan Hall that was destroyed by fire, and look forward to the challenge of delivering this project for our highly valued client.
