Works have commenced today on the refurbishment of the main entrance and core facilities at Derwent House in Sheffield. The scheme includes a greatly enlarged reception area, allowing tenants and visitors to relax and enjoy a coffee in what we hope will be a striking and comfortable environment. In addition to this the scheme sees the introduction of green travel facilities within the building; bringing its offer to tenants into line with new-build offers within the city. If fact not content to match these offers the scheme far exceeds the provisions required under planning; offering over 50 secure cycle spaces, alongside shower, locker and even drying room facilities.
